Cancellation Policy
I charge the full cost of service booked for any no-shows or cancelations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel you must call at least 48 hours before.
Appointments for a chemical service must give a minimum of 7 days notice in order to avoid being charged 50% of the fee. Chemical services who no-show or cancel less than 48 hours before will be charged the full fee of the booked service.
